Cancellation

Cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

If you don't have an account or can't access your settings, contact us at support@audionotes.one.

Delete your account

To permanently delete your account and all associated data (recordings, transcriptions, notes), contact privacy@audionotes.one. We will process your request within 30 days.

Refunds

We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@audionotes.one within 30 days of the charge.
